Couple's Workshop

John & Julie Gottman

This workshop was developed by John and Julie Gottman. John worked as a researcher at the University of Washington, Seattle. He studied thousands of couples to understand what makes for a long happy relationship. John partnered with his spouse Julie to transform his research findings into applied strategies for building and maintaining healthy relationships. Together this insightful couple developed the "7 Principals for Making Marriage Work" which is what this workshop is based on.

Is this workshop right for me?

  • It doesn't matter what type of couple you are these skills are essential to sustaining loving relationships among all couples.

  • How to communicate your needs, desires, and dreams to create shared meaning and purpose.

  • How to resolve conflicts in a manner that is respectful of yourself and your partner.
